What this site collects

Erlichman Systems ("I" or "me") operates websites.erlichmansystems.com. This page describes what the site collects, why, and how long it is kept.

The site collects nothing about you unless you send it to me yourself using the contact form. There is no advertising, no tracking pixel, and no analytics cookie. Nothing about your visit is sold, shared, or used to build a profile.

The contact form

If you submit the contact form, I receive the name, email address, and message you typed, along with the IP address the request came from. The IP address is there to rate-limit abuse of the form and to verify the anti-spam check, not to identify you.

I use all of it to reply to you and for nothing else. It is not sold, shared, or added to a mailing list.

Third-party services

Google Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google’s font service, so Google may see your IP address and browser details when a page loads. See Google’s privacy policy.

Cloudflare. The site is served from Cloudflare’s network, which processes request metadata to deliver pages and block attacks. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

How long anything is kept

A message and the IP address attached to it are deleted automatically 90 days after the last activity on that conversation - so a message I never reply to is gone 90 days after you send it, and an ongoing exchange is kept while it is ongoing. A conversation I mark closed is deleted after seven days. Rate-limiting records expire within an hour.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time to delete a message you sent, or to tell you what I still hold. Email [email protected] and I will action it and confirm.

Changes to this policy

If this changes, the revised policy is posted here with a new date at the top. There is no separate notification.
